Microsoft has moved a step ahead in its quest for world domination with its new version of the Windows operating system-Windows 8. It has been developed to work on PCs, laptops and tablet PCs and boasts a new user interface called “Metro UI”.
Microsoft is set to release Windows 8 in late July 2012. But the consumer preview and release preview are already available for download for the users to give them a taste of what Windows 8 actually comprises of. 15 January 2013 is the expiry date for both the previews.
