How to Chat with Facebook Friends on iChat

iChat is one of the best application of Mac that Windows users envy. This pre-installed application can be integrated with lot of IM services out there like yahoo, gtalk and our very own facebook. Here is a quick tutorials helps you to integrate your iChat with facebook chat.

> Open iChat Application. Go to iChat>Preferences or just press cmd + ,

> Open Accounts tab and click on the small + icon at the bottom. Select Account type as Jabber.

> Enter the username in this format yourfacebookusername@chat.facebook.com and enter your account password. In the server options below use chat.facebook.com as server and 5222 as port and click on Done.

You’re good to go. Go to window>jabber list for your facebook chat window. Have Fun!!
